How do I return an item to Pink Boutique?
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we want to make returns as easy as possible for you! Simply use our dedicated returns portal to return or exchange items from your order. You'll need your order number, which can be found in your Pink Boutique order confirmation email.

Orders & Cancellations

Can I cancel or amend my order?
Our team works quickly to pack and dispatch your order, which means we’re unable to make any changes or cancellations once it's been placed. If you no longer need your order, we kindly ask that you follow our returns process once it arrives.

Stock Availability

When will an item be back in stock?
As a boutique, we source styles from a variety of suppliers to bring you the latest fashion trends. Unfortunately, we can’t always guarantee when an item will be restocked. However, you can sign up for back-in-stock alerts on the product page to be the first to know when your must-have piece is available again!

Delivery & Tracking

Where is my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via DPD or Royal Mail (for UK orders), allowing you to follow real-time updates. If your order is shipped with DPD, we recommend downloading the DPD app for the best tracking experience. If your order is delayed, please check your tracking link for the latest updates, as occasional delays may occur.

I haven't received any emails about my order. What should I do?

Please double-check the email address you used at checkout, as this is where all order updates will be sent. If you don’t see any emails, check your spam or junk folder just in case!

My order is marked as delivered, but I haven't received it

If your tracking states that your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend:

  • Checking that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct.
  • Looking for any delivery notes in the tracking link (e.g., "left with a neighbour" or "left in a safe place").
  • Asking household members or neighbours if they’ve accepted the parcel on your behalf.

Do you have a size guide?

Sometimes it’s hard to find the perfect fit. All of our styles are true to size unless stated otherwise on our website product page. Our sizes are listed in UK sizes. You can find a size guide on all of our product pages as a handy tool.
