• When you purchase from us at www.pinkboutique.com or via the Pink Boutique App we ask for, and collect, personal information such as including your name, address, telephone number, date of birth and email address and items ordered.

• Pink Boutique and third-party providers of advertisements may also collect information regarding your visit to www.pinkboutique.com. This information may be collected even if you do not register an account with us.
• Other information that may be needed from time to time to process a request may also be collected as indicated on the website.
• Data in relation to credit card payments is processed by Braintree on a secure website linked to ours and they have their own privacy policy.

We use the information collected primarily to make your shopping experience as fun and easy as possible. We may use your information in the following ways –
• From time to time we may want you to know about special offers and promotions we’re running, so we may use your registered information to send marketing messages via mobile phone or e-mail services or catalogues via post. You can opt out of marketing emails and SMS messages at any time.

• We will contact you by telephone if there is a problem with your order or if we need to get in touch regarding a refund.
• For items being delivered by our courier, the courier company will send you an email or a text message with a delivery update if you provided a valid phone number and email address when you placed the order.
• If you purchase an item in one of our stores and consent to an electronic receipt this will be sent via email.
• From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes.
• We may use your information in the interest of conducting and managing our business, enabling us to give you the best possible customer experience relating to our products and services, and ensuring you are able to shop securely with us. This is known as legitimate interest.

Some of our third–party processors, who provide marketing analysis for us have sub-processing activities outside the UK, so your data may be passed out of Europe where strictly speaking it may be subject to less strict data protection laws. HOW LONG DATA IS KEPT
We love having you as a customer so as long as you keep shopping with us, you're one of our BFFs in our eyes. That means we keep a record of our friendship, from your first pair of sparkly heels to that unreal bandage dress which is always a saviour for a big night out. This record helps us answer any questions about your order history should we ever need this for important legal or audit purposes. We know when things aren't working out anymore, so if you haven’t shopped with us for six years, we'll realise that you've moved on to find a new shopping buddy, and delete your information from all our systems.

Pink Boutique uses remarketing tracking cookies and conversion pixels from vendors such as Google, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Pinterest to present special offers to you for our products or services over the Google Content Network and via social networks. DIRECT MARKETING
In accordance with legitimate interest, we may share your name and address (but never your email address or phone number) with other companies/ trusted retail partners whose products or services may interest you. We do this through data cooperatives, to see why we do this and how it works, click here. Data Co-operatives are companies whose members contribute information about their customers in exchange for information about other consumers that may be interested in their products. The data cooperatives we use are Epsilon, I Behaviour (part of Conexance), Sub2, Experian and Transactis 2017 Ltd. and we share details about what you’ve ordered from us and your name and address so they can analyse what sort of products might interest you and pass your name and address to companies whose products are likely to appeal to you.
We are unable to give you an exact list of those companies as they change all the time, but by trusted retail partners we mean companies operating in but not limited to the clothing, collectables, food and wine, gadgets and entertainment, health and entertainment, household goods or home interiors categories, lifestyle and charities e.g. leisure, holiday, travel, health and well being, finance e.g. insurance, home, car, pet, pensions or personal, FMCG e.g. household goods, utility e.g. gas, electric or water companies. As catalogues get printed in advance, it can take up to eight weeks for you to unsubscribe; for emails it may take around five working days. But, trust us, we’re on the case.

By sending a start message to Pink Boutique (hereinafter referred to as – Sender) I agree with respect to Art. 6 Abs.1 lit. a GDPR that Sender has my permission to use my personal data (e.g. first and last name, phone number, messenger ID, profile image, messages) for direct communication and the required data processing, based on the respective messenger.
