How to Wear Pastels

With the choice of pretty pale pinks, beaut baby blues, and mesmerising mint greens, we don’t have to explain why we adore pastels, especially when spring comes around.

Dress them up or down, anything pastel looks super cute and instantly adds a glam-yet -girly touch to an outfit. With spring, then what we call a British summer just around the corner, we caught up with our stylist to find out how exactly we should be wearing pastels this season.

 Keep It Tailored
Dusty Pink Trousers

One of our favourite looks for SS20 has got to be pairing tailored trousers with a cute crop top or bralet. It looks both sleek and sophisticated and is perfect for holidays; whether you’ll be going for a fancy dinner overlooking the sea with bae, or sipping on sundown cocktails with the girls, pastel tailored trousers will have you looking 100.

 Be Cute in a Co-Ord

Pink Blazer and Shorts

Prep & Pose Blazer and Sass & Pose Shorts

We love a bit of “matchy-matchy” at Pink Boutique, so co-ords are one of our fav outfit types. We love a matching trouser and crop top combo in the same shade, which is also a great alternative to a dress if you’re looking for something different when attending a summer wedding. We recommend pairing blues with silver shoes and accessories, and pink shades with rose gold for the perfect finishing touch. Our fave co-ord at the moment is this pink shorts and matching blazer combo, which brings some girly glam to the tailoring trend.

 Make It a Mini

Some of our favs from our Sweet Thing collection combine gorgeous details like bandage, satin and puff sleeves with pastel, making them totally swoon-worthy!
