NEED TO RETURN YOUR ITEM?

Not loving the look? No problem! You can return your items to us within 14 days for a refund.

Should we receive your return back at PBHQ after this time frame, you will only be eligible for a credit note. The decision to issue a credit note will be made on an individual order basis for orders returned between 14-28 days.  

Faulty items can be returned up to 6 months after purchase.

Please take extra care when trying on your new purchases, as unfortunately, we can’t refund any items that are marked with make-up, fake tan or body lotions, etc. All items must be returned in the condition they were received, with the tags still attached.

Underwear or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

All UK orders include an easy-peel returns label. Simply stick on the label and drop it off at your local post office. We will refund the transaction amount minus a £2.50 handling charge.

If you choose not to use the returns label, we recommend you use a recorded service so your parcel can be easily tracked back to our Glam Team. We cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels.

Please allow up to 7 working days for our Glam Team to process your return and refund. It can take your bank a further 2-10 days to show this refund in your account. If you have any problems with your order, we ask that you let us know within 7 days.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM ?

That's easy! You can find all of the information to make a hassle-free return within your parcel. If you have lost your invoice, please enclose a note with your return including your order number and name.

If you are a UK customer, you should find a pre-paid returns label in your parcel. Simply peel and stick this label and take it to the Post Office - we'll deduct £2.50 from your refund. Please return your items to:

All postage costs are non-refundable to international destinations. 

If there is an issue with your order or your goods, please let our Customer Care team know as soon as possible!

PLEASE NOTE - Our postage costs are based on a shipping weight of 1kg. If a shipment weighs considerably more than this, we may request extra postage.

We recommend you obtain and keep a copy of your proof of postage when returning items to us. We're sorry we can't exchange stock - REFUNDS ONLY.
