New Year's Resolutions Every 00s Girl Made

The days of MSN, Groovy Chick and Britney’s red PVC cat suit are just a few reminders of how great the 00’s was! But, as we go into 2019, we reminisce on the New Year’s Resolutions every 00’s girl made, and trust me we’re already feeling nostalgic just thinking about them!

If you were lucky enough to have Dance, Dance, Revolution (or even the Pop Idol Dance Mat) then you’ll remember making that 00’s resolution of becoming an absolute pro on it – because let’s face it, it was so not cool to not know ‘Cotton Eye Joe’ off by heart!

You’ve decided it’s the year that you no longer mope around waiting for fame to find you. So, your main New Year’s resolution is to became filthy rich and fabulous just like the Hiltons, and the first thing you do is purchase that Juicy Couture tracksuit!

5. I swear an oath to never use the cheat on The Sims again

We promised ourselves that this would be the year we would be honest human beings, and work for our money like everyone else! (Until we realised you couldn’t even afford a front door on your Sims’ house… oops).

Finally, the most relatable New Year’s resolution made by every 00’s girl was “I will live, breathe and wear only Tammy Girl”. From cargo pants with ribbon tassels to glitter glue slogan tees, our 00’s New Year’s wardrobe would be a replica of Tammy Girl’s shop floor.
